Welcome to the re-launch of my Muffin Top Challenge. Having identified reasons behind my eating habits and listened to God’s warning of the Devils devious lies (see Muffin Top Challenge – Wk7), I’m hoping that following a proper programme will be what I need to keep me on track. So, I am using Neris and India’s Idiot Proof Diet which I picked up in Oxfam for a couple of quid.
I’ve taken pictures of myself today wearing my underwear, weighing 11 stone exactly (putting my overweight on the chart and with a BMI of 25.99) and will post these as before and after shots should I reach my target weight of 9 and half stone. (My husband forbid me to post them now as they really are very embarrassing!)
Here are my revised goals and I will post my progress each week.
1. Pray in this daily
2. Learn about what God has to say on the subject (health/keeping fit/eating correctly etc.)
2. Exercise daily (Walk/Jog/DVD/Brisk buggy walk/Bike Ride)
3. Follow Pig2Twig diet
